Structural Steel Fitters & Welders

We're looking for motivated individuals who are ready to build on their welding, fabrication, or technical training and continue developing their skills in a professional fabrication environment.

Through Falcon Academy, mentorship from experienced craftsmen, and hands-on shop experience, you'll gain real-world experience while building a long-term career in the trades.

Our Sinking Spring and Coatesville facilities support a variety of structural steel, industrial, manufacturing, transportation, and infrastructure projects. You'll gain experience working on meaningful projects while continuing to grow your skills and confidence.

This role is for you if:

  • You've completed a welding, trade, or technical program—or are gaining hands-on fabrication experience
  • You're ready to continue learning and developing your skills
  • You enjoy working with your hands and solving problems
  • You take pride in quality work
